Libya Raises Crude Price Formulas For November Libya has increased the November crude price formulas for most of its crudes, while leaving Amna and Sarir unchanged. Sirtica and Es Sider were marked up by 10 cents/B while Zueitina, Brega and Bu Attifel were raised by 5 cents/B against Dated Brent.
