Nourbakhsh Says Iranian Inflation Rate On The Decline Iran's annual inflation rate has slowed down to 27% in the six months to 21 September 1995 from 59.6% at the same time last year, according to the Governor of the Central Bank of Iran, Dr. Mohsen Nourbakhsh.
