Oman's New Tax Law The Kuwaiti move follows the reform of the Omani tax regime earlier this year which puts those companies with up to 49% foreign ownership on the same fiscal footing as wholly Omani-owned companies - subject to the proviso that 40% of the company's share capital has been offered to the public.
