Iran Foresees 5% Cut In Oil Exports Next Year
Iran is budgeting for a 5% cut in oil exports during the next financial year(21 March 1995-20 March 1996) owing to rising domestic consumption, according toIranian President Hashemi Rafsanjani. In a statement regarding the 1995-1996budget (see story on page B1), President Rafsanjani said that oil exports wereexpected to fall to 2,235,000 b/d in that year as compared with 2,343,000 b/d inthe six-month period...
