Eni Confirms Decision To Exit Darquain Phase 3 Development
Eni CEO Paolo Scaroni told a shareholders meeting in Rome on 29 April that the company has decided to opt out of the third phase of development of the Darquain oil field in Iran. In its annual report to the US Securities and Exchange Commission, which was presented to the meeting, Eni noted that our activities in Iran could lead to sanctions under relevant US legislation....
