Syria And Iran Review Gas Import Plans
Syria and Iran have agreed to press on with plans to facilitate the import of Iranian gas by Syria and to prepare a feasibility study for a pipeline project to deliver Iranian gas, following a meeting of the Syrian-Iranian Higher Committee which convened in Damascus at the beginning of May. Syria, which currently produces around 25mn cmd, needs the gas to for its industry and development projects....
