UAE Federal Budget Realizes Surplus In First Half 1994
The UAE federal budget in the first half of 1994 had a surplus of Dh1.2bn($327mn), up from Dh800mn ($218mn) in the first half of 1993, according tofigures released by the UAE Central Bank. The budget for 1994, which wasreleased last February, estimated expenditures at Dh17.61bn ($4,795mn) andrevenues at Dh16.20bn ($4,411mn), leaving a deficit of Dh1.41bn...
