Plans Announced For First Phase Of Tengiz-Novorossysk Pipeline
The Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) recently announced in Moscow thatconstruction on Phase I of the planned Tengiz-Novorossysk crude oil pipeline willbegin in January 1996, with a view to being put into operational service byJanuary 1997.
