Egypt's Trade Balance Widens As Exports Decline
Egypt's trade deficit widened to $7,651mn in the year to 30 June 1994, anincrease of 5% on the previous year. The main reason for the decline was a fallin petroleum receipts. Other indicators showed limited improvements. Importsdeclined slightly over the year.
