Kazakhstan Delays Signing Protocol For Caspian Pipeline
It appears that the plans of the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) to builda 2,000-km. pipeline from the Tengiz oilfield to the Black Sea have again runinto problems. Kazakhstan failed to meet a 1 March deadline to transfer itsexisting pipeline assets to CPC which groups Kazakhstan, Russia and the OmanOil Company (OOC) and it delayed signing a protocol of intent to construct thepipeline with its partners...
