UAE CabinetFails To Appoint Oil Minister

The UAE Council ofMinisters last week appointed the Minister of Education, Mr. Hamad 'Abd al-Rahmanal-Madfa', Acting Minister of Health, but failed to make any appointment for thevacant post of Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources.
