World Bank Signs $20Mn Loan Agreement With Lebanon
The World Bank will lend the Lebanese Government $20.2mn to equip and reformthe civil administration in Lebanon, under an agreement initialed last month.According to the Lebanese Minister for Administrative Reform, Dr. Anwar al-Khalil,the loan will be repaid over 17 years, including a grace period of 5.5 years,and will carry interest of 7.6%
