Bechtel And Parsons To Upgrade Jubail and Yanbu' Utilities
The Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu' has signed a memorandum ofunderstanding with the US firms Bechtel and Parsons Engineering Corporation fora major program to upgrade utilities in the two industrial cities. The commission and the US firms are to work together on the finance, development,engineering, construction and operation of the program, which will cost anestimated SR6bn ($1.6bn)....
