US Imposes $3.8Mn Penalty On Halliburton For Exports To Libya
The US Commerce Department has imposed a $2.6mn civil penalty on theHouston-based Halliburton Company for illegally re-exporting US-origin oil fieldequipment and technical data to Libya through its overseas companies.
