Kuwaiti National Assembly Accepts Budget
The Kuwaiti Government finally succeeded in pushing through its budget for1995-96 on 22 August. Reports indicate that it assumes oil revenues of KD2,490mnand non-oil revenues of KD420mn, as per the revised draft published in MEES on 8May, but that expenditures have been revised upwards as follows:
