Syria Lowers September Price Of Heavy Crude
Syria's state-owned oil company Sytrol has lowered the price of Syrian Heavy(24ø API, 3.8% sulfur) for September liftings by 80 cents/B to Dated Brentminus $2.90/B. Last week Sytrol raised the price of its Light crude (36.3ø API,0.73% sulfur) for the month of September by 23 cents/B to Dated Brent minus 52cents/B. The differentials for Syrian crude against Dated Brent are shown in thetable below ($/B):
