KPC Signs MOUs With India And Pakistan For Refinery Projects
The Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) and the state-owned Indian OilCorporation (IOC) signed on 16 September a memorandum of understanding (MOU) forsetting up a joint venture 120,000 b/d grassroots refinery in the northeasternIndian state of Orissa. The agreement was signed during a visit to Kuwait of theIndian Oil Minister Satish Sharma.
