Private Companies Established To Trade In Oil
MEES understands that the Iraqi Government has permitted and supported theestablishment of private companies to trade in crude oil and petroleum products.Three private firms - al-Sadira, Wadi Hajar and al-Basha'ir - were formedrecently to conduct general trade, including dealing in crude oil, petroleumproducts, cement, leather goods, etc.
