Qatar To Set Up Industrial Bank
The Undersecretary of the Qatari Minister of Finance, Mr. Yusuf Kamal, saidlast week that Qatar will shortly set up a specialized industrial bank tofinance medium and small-sized ventures and to promote industrialization. Thebank will be capitalized at $82.5mn, half of which will be put up by the QatariGovernment and the remaining half offered to the private sector.
