Repsol Starts Up 30,000 b/d Of Crude Production In Libya
Libyas National Transitional Council (NTC) interim Oil and Finance Minister, 'Ali Tarhuni, announced on 25 October that oil production has hit 501,000 b/d. His figures, however may be optimistic, claiming that 60,000 b/d of it came from a Repsol-led consortium restarting the El-Sharara field. Repsol, however, tells MEES that it restarted production on 25 October at more than 30,000...
