Omani Public Spending To Rise Yet Again In 2012
Government spending in Oman is expected to rise once again in 2012, despite having already registered a sharp increase this year as the country looked to boost social outlay, Omans Minister of Finance Darwish al-Balushi said on 22 October. Budget spending in the current year, according to the Minister, is forecast to total some OR9.1bn ($23.57bn) up from the OR8.13bn ($21.1bn)...
