Egypt To Receive $140Mn From European Investment Bank
The European Investment Bank is to lend Egypt $140mn to finance improvementsto the country's electricity network. It is expected that half of the loan willbe used to complete the government's electricity development plan for SouthernEgypt, while the other half will be used to renovate the transmission network inAlexandria.
