Saudi/French Company Builds Gold Plant Under Offset Program

The Saudi-French company, Dhahab - owned 51% by Saudi interests and 49% bythe French firm Thomson - has laid the cornerstone of a new plant in Jiddah torefine 110 tons of gold annually.
