Debt Flows
OPEC Debt Remains Stable, but Debt Service Will Become Harder
External debt of the 12 OPEC members rose by 6.2% to $223,868mn at the end of1992 (see Table 3). The increase was largely due to Indonesia, Iran, Venezuelaand Kuwait.
