Qatar Awards $1.1Bn Contract To ABB For Abu Funtas Power Plant

Qatar has awarded a QR4bn ($1.1bn) contract to the Swedish-Swiss powerengineering firm ABB Asea Brown Boveri for the construction of the Ras AbuFuntas B power station and desalination plant.
