Trading Volumes Of Saudi Stocks Continue To Rise Despite Sluggish Prices
The volume and value of trading on the Saudi stock market continued toincrease during 1993 despite sluggish prices throughout the year. The annualstock report published by the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA) shows thatthe total value of Saudi stocks traded during 1993 was SR17.4bn ($4.64bn), anincrease of 27% over the previous year.
