Clinton Rules Out Time Frame For Determining Iraq's Compliance With UNMonitoring Resolution
US President Bill Clinton told Congress last week that his administrationrejects any establishment of a timetable for determining whether Iraq hascomplied with UN Security Council resolution 715 on long-term monitoring ofweapons and industry.
