Dubai Plant For Recycled Lubricants To Start Up In April
Western Oil Company (WOC) of India is scheduled to start up in April its newrefining plant to recycle waste lubricating oils in Dubai's Jebel Ali free zonearea (MEES, 28 December 1992/4 January 1993), a company official announced lastweek. WOC is also planning to build a 60,000 ton/year recycling plant in Bahrainfor which tenders are to be issued in May. The plant is expected to cost $20mn.
