Financing For Qatar Proceeds On Four Fronts
International, regional and local banks are preparing to provide more than$3bn in four separate facilities for Qatar. Most of the money is being raised ona non-recourse basis and a different group of banks is being targeted for eachfacility.
A $250mn general purpose loan for the State of Qatar is the only one to havebeen signed so far, although it has not yet been drawn....
