Saudi-Mobil Refinery Ran At 30% Above Design Capacity In 1993
Throughput at the Pemref (Saudi Aramco-Mobil) refinery at Yanbu' averaged320,000 b/d in 1993, some 30% above design capacity, according to Mobil SaudiArabia's Chief Executive, John Detweiler.
