UBAF - London Restores Dividend After Capital Restructuring
London-based UBAF Bank Ltd. is to issue a œ5mn dividend - its first since1986 - following a restructuring of its capital, completed last year. The bankhas declared profits of œ18.7mn for 1993, a 7% increase on 1992.
