Prices Dip $1/B, Then Recover A Bit, In Post OPEC Meeting Fallout
While the trading community's immediate reaction to OPEC's 26 March agreementto roll-over its production quota of 24.5mn b/d through the end of 1994 was tobid the spot prices down by as much $1/B, the fact that prices were able to gainsome 50-70 cents/B of this drop back by the end of last week suggest that crudemarkets may have seen the worst of OPEC's post-meeting fallout.
