Iran And Pakistan To Build 100,000 B/D Refinery In Baluchistan
Iran and Pakistan have signed a memorandum of understanding which covers thejoint construction of an oil refinery and the laying of a gas pipeline betweentheir countries, according to an announcement by Tehran radio on 18 May.
