Kuwait Fails To Renew Processing Deal in South Korea
The Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) has decided not to renew itsprocessing deal with South Korean refinery Yukong, according to reports fromSingapore. The deal to process 20,000 b/d of Kuwait crude in Yukong's Ulsanrefinery expired at the end of April. However, KPC and Yukong are expected toresume talks towards the end of this year with a view to restoring the contractin 1995.
