UAE Offers Companies New Option To Fulfill Offset Requirements
Financing Companies required to invest in the UAE under the terms of thecountry's offset program for defense contracts now have the option of routingtheir investment through a newly-created vehicle which will identifyopportunities and place the money for them. The new company is called UAESpecial Investments Ltd. (UAESIL) and will be managed by Chase Manhattan Bank....
