Qatari Oil Minister Says Quota Rollover Best, While Venezuela DeniesExceeding Quota
Qatari Oil Minister 'Abd Allah bin Hamad al-'Attiyah said in Singapore on 15September that he thought it best for OPEC to continue with its current oilproduction quotas for member states through the first quarter of 1995, addingthat a rollover would "create more stability in the market." OPECministers will next meet in Bali on 21 November.
