Oman Sets New Minimum Requirements For Employment Of Omanis
Private sector companies in Oman have until the end of 1996 to conform to newregulations covering the proportion of Omanis in their workforce. Companieswhich do not conform to the new regulations, which have been announced by theMinister of Social Affairs and Labor, Mr. Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Salim al-'Isai,will be fined.
