Amiri Decree Allows Kuwait Airways to Borrow Money in Its Own Name
The Amir of Kuwait has issued a decree, dated 22 September, amending thestatutes of the Kuwait Airways Corporation (KAC) so that it can borrow money. Asa result, the airline will now be able to move forward with the financing arrangements for its aircraft acquisition program, under which deliveries are dueto start at the beginning of next year.
