Libyan Price Formulas for November
The Libyan National Oil Corporation (NOC) has kept the price formulas for itslight Zueitina, Brega and Sirtica crudes unchanged for November, whileincreasing the formulas for heavier crudes - Es Sider, Sarir and Amna - by 5cents/B.
