Nazer Inaugurates Delayed Coker Unit at Port Arthur Refinery
The new delayed coker unit (DCU) at Star Enterprise's Port Arthur plant wasofficially dedicated on 14 December at a ceremony attended by the Saudi Ministerof Petroleum and Mineral Resources, Mr. Hisham Nazer, and a number of officialguests including Saudi Aramco's President and CEO, Mr. Ali Naimi.
