Investcorp Acquires 50% of Mondi Group of Germany
Investcorp, the Bahrain-based investment bank, has announced that one of itssubsidiaries has acquired a 50% interest in the Mondi Group of Germany from itsfounder and sole owner Herwig Zahm. Mondi Group is the designer and manufacturerof women's clothes sold in some 55 countries, and is among the 10 leadingclothing companies in Germany in total annual revenue....
