Kuwait Takes Over 11 Wells in Ratqa Oilfield
The Kuwaiti Minister of Oil, Mr. 'Ali al-Baghli, stated on 24 January thatKuwait has taken over 11 wells in the northern Ratqa oilfield following thedemarcation of the Kuwaiti-Iraqi border by the UN.
