Prospects For Kuwaiti Banking Remain Unsure
During the next few weeks Kuwait's six commercial banks will publish theirresults for 1992. In most cases the figures will show that they are stilldependent on support from the Central Bank of Kuwait, despite last year's moveto exchange their entire bad loan portfolios for government bonds.
