Mr. Hacen Mefti, the Algerian Oil Minister, announced during the WorldEconomic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, that his country plans to raise itsnatural gas export ceiling to 70-75bn cu. ms./yr by the year 2000 instead of thepresent target of 60bn cu. ms./yr.
