Shuaiba Refinery to Restart in June
The Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC) is tentatively planning torecommission the Shuaiba refinery in June at a rate of 130,000 b/d, according tostatement on 3 March by an unnamed Kuwaiti oil official.
