Concessional Funding Ready for Lebanon, Egypt, Sudan and Jordan
The World Bank's Executive Board has approved a $175mn loan for Lebanon, thefirst since 1978. The money will fund a three-year emergency program of power,water, sewerage, housing, educational and technical assistance projects.
