OPEC/IPEC Ministerial Meeting Set to Convene in Oman on 13 April

A ministerial level meeting between the 12 OPEC member states and the groupof non-OPEC oil exporting countries known as the Independent Petroleum ExportingCountries (IPEC) is now definitely scheduled to convene in Muscat, Oman, on 13April although areas of doubt still remain about the nature of the agenda andexactly which countries will be represented and at what level.
