Deficits of GCC States Double to $27.62bn in 1992, Study Says
The combined budget deficits of the six GCC states totaled $27.62bn in 1992,compared to $14.06bn in 1990, according to a study published by the GulfCooperation Council (GCC) in Riyadh. The study said that government spending was$88.55bn in 1992, compared to $68.99bn in 1990, and that revenues were $60.93bncompared to $54.93bn. No figures were given for 1991....
