Gulf Oil Producers Castigate Oil Tax Impositions in Consuming Countries
Joining the growing chorus of oil producers' anger at the mounting burden oftaxes on oil already imposed or planned in major consuming countries, the sixmember countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) - Saudi Arabia, Kuwait,the UAE, Oman, Bahrain and Qatar - have now contributed their own blast ofdissatisfaction on this score.
