New Oil/Gas Discovery for Saudi Aramco in Virgin Area North of Red Sea
Saudi Aramco has discovered a new onshore oil, gas and condensate field innorthwestern Saudi Arabia, just north of the Red Sea near the mouth of the Gulfof Aqaba. Announcing the discovery on 15 March, Saudi Oil Minister Hisham Nazersaid that further appraisal drilling and seismic survey work would be requiredto determine the potential reserves of the discovery with greater accuracy....
